Service & Payment Policy Agreement

At Kendall Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. To ensure fairness, efficiency, and clarity for all clients, the following policies apply to all scheduled services.

Pricing Policy

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking and the assumed standard condition of the home or property.
Final pricing is dependent upon the actual condition of the home at the time of service.
If the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described (including excessive buildup, clutter, biohazards, or additional areas not disclosed), pricing may be adjusted at our discretion.
Any necessary price adjustments will be communicated prior to or during service whenever possible.

We reserve the right to amend pricing to ensure adequate time, labor, and supplies are allocated to complete the service properly.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
We accept approved payment methods as discussed at booking.
Failure to remit payment upon completion may result in late fees and/or refusal of future services.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. However, last-minute cancellations directly impact our team and business operations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 last-minute cancellation fee.
If we arrive at the property and are unable to access the home, or if the client is not present as agreed, it will be considered a no-show and a $50 fee will be charged.
Future bookings may require a deposit if cancellations or no-shows become habitual.

Right to Refuse or Reschedule Service

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if:

The environment poses a safety risk to our staff.
Utilities (water/electricity) are not functioning.
The condition of the home exceeds the scope agreed upon without approval of a revised quote.

By scheduling service with Kendall Solutions LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
